Vipassana Long Course Centre Australia

Dhamma Rasa

Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagy U Ba Khin

A dedicated Vipassana long course centre to serve the Asia-Pacific region and the world

Work Periods

Short, focussed work periods are an excellent way to boost the development of Dhamma Rasa.

Regular work-bee weekends and other short work periods are being scheduled throughout the year, for general maintenance, preparation for courses and specific projects.

All old students are welcome to attend these short work periods and no experience is required. All those attending are required to meditate for at least two hours each day and may be able to listen to a Dhamma talk in the evening.

For those old students not able to serve on a course, work periods are a wonderful introduction to Dhamma service, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the centre while strengthening one’s meditation practice in a conducive environment.

If you would like to attend a work period, please apply via the course schedule. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

"May each and every centre become a true dwelling of Dhamma, in the shelter of which, many may find the way out of suffering. May Vipassana spread to every land around the world. May all beings everywhere be happy. May all beings be happy. May all beings be liberated."
S.N. Goenka
